Tengwood Organization is trying to help stop the illegal trade in wildlife. We are currently working in Switzerland on a study of bushmeat smuggling into Swiss Airports, which will help document the problem of wild meat being illegally smuggled into Europe. A study in 2010 in Paris estimated that over 270 tonnes are smuggled each year into Charles de Gaulle airport. Our study is the first to look at this problem in Switzerland.
